FAQ'S

How are your meals made?

Every meal is lovingly prepared by our expert chefs in a professional kitchen, using recipes developed by our Early Years Nutrition Advisors. This ensures each meal is not only delicious, but nutritionally balanced and perfectly suited to young children.

Once cooked, meals are carefully portioned into sustainable trays, then chilled — never frozen — to preserve freshness and flavour.

From our kitchen to your nursery, we maintain a consistent chilled temperature throughout the journey. On arrival, your meals are promptly and safely packed into the nursery’s fridge — ready to reheat, with simple packaging for easy serving.

What’s the ideal length of a catering contract?

We recommend starting with a 6-month agreement, to access preferential rates.

How long does it take to get started?

Once the contract is signed, we’ll need around 3 weeks to launch your service.

Do you cater for other businesses?

Yes, we will soon be partnering with nursing homes.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes! All of our containers are either reusable or compostable. We ask nurseries to rinse and return them in the original delivery boxes for collection.

How do we place an order?

You’ll have access to our online ordering portal. Weekly orders must be submitted by 12 noon each Thursday for delivery the following week.

What are your payment terms?

Payments are due within 7 days of the invoice date, we kindly ask for all payments to be made via BACS.

Do you handle UIFSM or FSM funding?

Your nursery will continue to receive any UIFSM/FSM funding directly. We simply invoice you for the meals provided.
