HEALTHY, BALANCED & NUTRITIOUS MEALS
Every meal we create is designed to meet and exceed the requirements set out in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Our menus are built around the principles of Eat Better, Start Better and always align with the latest guidance from the Department for Education (DfE).
MENUS DESIGNED FOR NURSERIES
We know how selective little appetites can be. We create meals children genuinely enjoy. Our rotating, seasonal menus ensure children enjoy a wide range of foods, including at least five portions of vegetables and fruit every day.
We never add salt or sugar, and always prioritise wholesome, freshly-prepared ingredients.
FULL DOCUMENTATION PROVIDED
We supply nurseries with detailed menus, full ingredient lists, and up-to-date allergen information. Our systems ensure that every child’s dietary needs are understood and catered for—giving you peace of mind at every mealtime.
ALLERGENS & SPECIAL DIETS
We are a nut-free kitchen. We take allergens and dietary needs seriously. We maintain a comprehensive allergen matrix for every dish and work closely with nurseries and parents to cater for all dietary requirements, allergies, and cultural or religious preferences.
All meals are clearly labelled, and we’re fully compliant with Natasha’s Law.

Why What We Feed Young Children Really Matters

- Fish at least once a week
- Free range eggs
- 20+ different fruits & vegetables
- Menus rich in vegetables, legumes, whole grains, lean protein, iron‑rich pulses and meats, and vitamin D & fortified foods to meet recommended nutrient intakes
- Balanced menu planning that goes beyond minimal government guidelines and offers weekly rotation of oily fish, pulses, fruit, vegetables to foster nutrients for brain, bone, and immune development
